witcher 2 help

hi i have either recommended or greater then recomended system
requirements to play witcher 2 but it puts me down as a low spec user
and graphics at the start are barely visable unplayable at all.
iam using windows 7 64 bit ultimate edition
quad amd phenom x 4 (3.0ghz) processors
8gb ram
1tb hard drive
hd radion 4850
and latest graphics drivers and direct x installed  whats the problem with it

  The HD 4850 is actually really low end by today's standard, and TW2 is a very graphically hungry game. Even on my GTX 460 I can barely break 50FPS on High-ish settings with Ubersampling and AA off.
