One Piece Game on Playstation 3

So its not the first time someone mentioned this but this game has potential and I personally don't know any other company than Bandai Namco that could ever make this game.
I am not sure will people from Bandai Namco read this but I think this is the closest place I know. I don't know how many suggestions you have already got but I think something like the newest Naruto games on next-generation consoles are what I'm looking for. Also if you dare to invest some money to it you could make some kind of massive multiplayer game of it but hopefully on consoles.  I mean that the player isnt from the One Piece but there's real One Piece people as NPC and Chapter/Level Bosses and maybe also as support for the player in fight. It should have a world and not only fights. Like Naruto Shippuden, but it also should be larger for sea trips.
Technology used in Demon's Souls would work just fine. So there is other player's in the world but the player will see them as ghosts but I don't know yet is that ghost system okey or should players be seen as they are but then there should be servers or channels. Or maybe there's one server for Europe and one for Asia and one for NA and etc. you hopefully got it.
I got ideas for character development and stuff but I don't really know is sending this message leading us any further or is this ever even reaching its target. I mean people who decide what games to make.
By the way, I dont really get this forum system and it's only explained in french and I don't unfortunately speak french. I cant for example read ideas made by other people and stuff and probably if you answer to this and anyone want to contact me, it would be much easier to do via e-mail. It could have been a lot easier for me to just send this as e-mail but I did it like this anyway. Thank you for reading this.
PS: I hope its not 4kids game. I hope its not made for little kids and there should be blood and scars in that game. It's not One Piece if you shoot a guy, he can just block it, if the target is just a normal human without any greater protection.
Its impossible to choose a game that isnt done yet or (hopefully not) will never be done

  well first i would like them to make it on xbox 360 too if they really want to get as many fans as possible.I dont know how there can be a multiplayer on one piece i just cant see it maybe for story mode but unless you can create your own pirates level them up and fight online i dont see what else you can do.

  i hope namco bandai brings the game (One Piece Kaizoku Musou) to europe because i saw previews and gameplays of the game from jump fest, it looked really nice.
