Free Ace Combat DLC's - You have a problem ?

Hi there,

If you have a problem redeeming your code, please make sure:

- You are within the PAL area
These codes are valid only for Europe, and not NA. To make sure you are in the PAL area, check out this page.

- You have the right version of the game
For PS3 users, please check the product code that can be found on the spine of the box and on the inside cover of the software manual. You should have the product code: BLES-01392

- You have installed the game
Stupid thing really, but sometimes it can confuse your console :)

If you're still having problems after checking all this, feel free to send an e-mail at contact@namcobandaigames.com by forwarding us the e-mail in which you recieved your code, and clearly specify:
- Your console (PS3/X360)
- The country you live in
