Ace Combat Assault Horizont - DLC glitch??

So i bought PAL version of this great title , and eventually wanted to use free , competition winner, skin for F-15C -Death Rider . Pitifully it's not available in PSN store ..... how long i have no idea .... Not long ago it was there , i just don't wanted to download it before i obtain game. Now it's gone.... no ideas , no warnings nothing , just regular DLC. Meanwhile other regions PSN store has this DLC available ( it's not work on PAL disk) So far i feel uneasy , how i will be able to get this free DLC ??

    Actually, i think it come with one of the upgrade pack. You can also search for the keyword Death Rider in PAL PSN. This skin is not in PS3 addon for ACAH, but is in PAL PSN.
