Tip #3: Matching gems lower on the board can often cause cascades

As you get used to the puzzle board, you’ll get a better sense of how gems shift into place after the matched gems disappear.   However, a good rule of thumb is to try and match gems lower on the board to create a “cascade” where multiple matches result from shifting gems. Chain enough matches and you’ll be rewarded with a “Heroic effort” bonus and a bonus turn.
