Tip #2: Don’t set-up your enemy with easy skull match

This may sound a little obvious, but it’s important early on. When manipulating the gems, keep an eye on the damage skulls. If early in the game, you have the opportunity to match 3 skulls to do damage to your opponent, more often than not you should do it!   Otherwise, 9 out of 10 times, the opposing AI will do it to you. Just as important to remember is this rule – do not make moves that will put skulls in a position to be matched on the enemy’s next turn. On “normal” difficulty or higher, your AI opponent will usually see the potential match and cause damage to you. Avoid setting up these matches and usually the AI will eventually make the move that will enable you to match the skulls on your turn.
